You will play a key role in making data work in practice across a complex industrial organization. In this role, you focus on how data is created, maintained, and used across teams and systems so it becomes consistent, usable, and reliable for daily operations, decision-making, and digital initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy turning business needs into clear ways of working. You will not only document processes, but also challenge them, improve them, and help teams adopt better approaches when current ways of working create confusion, inefficiency, or errors. It is an interesting opportunity if you want to influence how data quality and collaboration are strengthened across a broad business environment.

• You will define and document end-to-end data processes within your assigned domain.
• You will standardize how data is created, validated, and maintained across teams.
• You will translate business needs into practical and clear data processes.
• You will identify root causes behind data issues and improve the underlying process.
• You will drive continuous improvements that simplify workflows and reduce errors.
• You will help ensure that data processes support consistent, high-quality data across systems.
• You will align data processes with governance, standards, and guidelines.
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, and Data functions.
• You will act as a bridge between teams and help establish shared ways of working.
• You will lead the implementation of new or updated data processes and support adoption through clear communication.
• You will prioritize improvements based on business needs and data-related challenges.

• University degree in data engineering, business analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong capability in process design and process improvement with an end-to-end perspective.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify root causes of data issues.
• Structured way of working combined with a detective mindset for finding patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to drive change in complex organizations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with Product or PLM systems such as Teamcenter or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data structures and how data flows between systems.
