We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist / Platform Specialist to support a major transformation program for our client, based in Malmö, Sweden.

This role is part of a strategic transformation program where our client is building a modern, scalable, and integrated enterprise platform supporting multiple products and stakeholders.

As a Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting the DROP platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) and D365 Commerce.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure seamless system integrations, and support the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms within a complex, data-driven environment.

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Implement, configure, and customize D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce modules
• Support development teams with technical solutions and integrations
• Manage environment setup across DEV, UAT, BAT, and PROD
• Ensure smooth integration with APIs, products, and third-party systems
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Monitor and optimize system performance and stability
• Support data migration, refresh, and governance activities
• Work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Contribute to security assessments (BIA, DPIA) with cybersecurity teams
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce
• Strong experience in enterprise platform operations and support
• Experience with environment management, deployments, patching, and upgrades
• Knowledge of D365 security model (roles, duties, privileges, compliance)
• Experience with integrations (Data Entities, OData, DMF, Azure services)
• Strong ALM experience using Azure DevOps (pipelines, branching strategies)
• Experience with One Version upgrades and regression testing
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure AD, Service Bus, Functions, monitoring)
• Experience with LCS, CSU, CI/CD pipelines, and IT service management tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Finance, Operations, and Commerce systems
