Role Summary

In this role, you will be part of the Group Financial Reporting function within Corporate Control at TRATON Financial Services (TFS). As a Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the financial reporting and controlling processes for the TFS Group, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across the organization.

You will work closely with finance and reporting units across the TFS Group and towards the parent company TRATON. The team consists of approximately seven high-performing and qualified colleagues, operating in a professional environment characterized by collaboration, openness, and high standards.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Consolidation and compilation of the TFS Group’s financials in the group reporting system
• Monthly reporting, analysis, and follow-up of the TFS Group’s financial performance towards the parent company TRATON
• Support and coordination of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Analysis of financial results, balance sheet movements, and key performance indicators
• Support and guidance to reporting units within the group regarding accounting and reporting matters
• Monitor and assess changes in accounting standards (IFRS) and ensure compliance within the group
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and development of financial reporting routines
• Participate in projects, ad hoc analyses, and cross-functional initiatives within finance and controlling
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, business control, treasury, and accounting functions

Who You Are

Your Background

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Approximately 7–10 years of experience in group accounting, or financial controlling
• Experience from roles such as Financial Controller, Group Controller or similar
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and IFRS
• Experience from group accounting and group reporting in an international environment
• Solid experience working with financial and reporting systems
• Advanced user of Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Currently role is based in Södertalje. We also offer the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week, access to the Traton Financial Services office in Stockholm, and a direct bus service between Stockholm City – Liljeholmen – Södertälje.
