What you will do

As a Data Analyst – Customer Experience & Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in supporting both CX and MI teams by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will contribute to building a strong data foundation and ensuring insights are accessible, clear, and actionable.

Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas: • Collect, consolidate, and structure data from multiple sources (customer, operational, financial, and market data) • Support data extraction and analysis • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI • Develop structured analysis in Excel • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights • Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc analysis requests • Translate data into clear visuals and presentations (PowerPoint) • Support CX team with analysis of customer metrics • Support MI team with data preparation and analysis for market and competitor insights • Ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of data used across teams

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles • Advanced Excel skills • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling and visualization) • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL)• Ability to translate data into clear and structured outputs (reports, dashboards, presentations) • Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate insights Additional qualifications (nice to have):• Experience with customer feedback platforms such as Medallia (or similar) • Understanding of customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) • Exposure to financial services, banking, or B2B environments
