You will take a key role in shaping and leading IT service operations in a complex automotive environment. The assignment focuses on building a stable, efficient, and long-term sustainable IT workflow across the EU, with responsibility for both operational support and the IAM area within shared services.

You will work at the intersection of technology, service delivery, and business needs. A big part of the challenge is to create structure and clarity in a complex setup, coordinate multiple technical teams, and make sure IT services are delivered with high quality over time. • You will coordinate work across different technical teams and create clear, ongoing communication within IT and toward the business.
• You will drive the service lifecycle from planning and prioritization to follow-up and continuous improvement.
• You will set direction for the team, define priorities, and allocate resources based on business needs.
• You will follow up on delivery, quality, and results, with responsibility for budget and overall service performance.
• You will lead the function that manages changes in the IT environment in a structured way, from planning and coordination to implementation and follow-up.
• You will ensure that the right stakeholders are involved, that dependencies are handled, and that everyone is aligned on what needs to be solved and how.
• You will support and develop the IAM area within shared services as part of the broader IT service responsibility.

• Experience in managed IT service within the automotive industry.
• Experience in creating service workflows, IT structures, and clarity in complex environments.
• Experience in supporting IT client hardware and platform.
• Experience of working with global teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Chinese, spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
