You will join a large international retail organization where SAP Finance plays a central role in enabling business development and stable financial processes at scale. In this assignment, you will use both system knowledge and business understanding to shape future solutions, support rollouts, and help ensure alignment with a global template. You will work closely with finance stakeholders as well as cross-functional and technical teams, with a focus on improving and maintaining the Record to Report landscape. • You will analyze business requirements and turn them into effective SAP Finance solutions.
• You will configure the system and, when needed, write technical specifications for new functionality.
• You will test, support, and maintain the Record to Report solution.
• You will guide rollout activities and contribute to project design to keep solutions aligned with the global template.
• You will mentor team members and collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams.
• You will help drive high-level improvements for future solutions within finance and controlling.

• Solid experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, with strong knowledge of system design, concepts, principles, and configuration.
• Ability to explain complex finance, accounting, and SAP-related topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing business needs and identifying effective solutions.
• Experience working with system configuration and functional design in SAP.
• Experience testing, supporting, and maintaining finance solutions over time.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication skills and a knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Fluent in English.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong expertise in design, concepts, principles, and configuration within Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, and Treasury in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Treasury solutions including MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool & Sweeps.
• Experience or hands-on knowledge in FICA-Payments.
• Participation in 3+ implementation projects.
• Experience with long-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutions, including issue resolution, adapting to changing business needs, and implementing incremental improvements.
• Good understanding of financial processes in large organizations.
• Experience with SAP transport and change management tools such as STMS, Solution Manager, and ActiveControl.
• Experience developing WRICEF objects from a functional point of view.
• Experience from the retail industry, especially SAP FI-CA.
• Experience from Swift integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe or similar frameworks.
