You will play a key role in a large organization's journey to scale the use of AI across the enterprise. In this assignment, you focus on making leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot work securely, responsibly, and effectively in day-to-day operations.

You will be the central point of contact for AI tooling and work close to both technical and business stakeholders. The role combines hands-on platform administration with governance, rollout, and follow-up, giving you the chance to influence how AI tools are introduced, managed, and improved over time.

• You configure and manage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot, including identity and access through SSO/SCIM and license management.
• You drive rollout activities from pilot initiatives to broad enterprise deployment.
• You define, maintain, and improve governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for responsible AI usage.
• You collaborate with vendors and support contract management, renewals, and commercial discussions.
• You build and maintain dashboards to track usage, adoption, and business impact.
• You act as a trusted advisor and support function for AI-related tooling across the organization.

• You have a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• You have proven experience working with enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• You have experience managing or supporting enterprise-scale deployments, for example within access management, license management, and rollouts.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Direct experience with ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise.
• Experience in vendor management and contract discussions.
• Background in delivery management or leading implementations.
• Experience working with analytics, dashboards, or usage tracking.
