At JELD‑WEN, we’re looking for a Head of FP&A for Sweden and Norway – a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong financial skills with a collaborative and people‑focused leadership style.
The role
In this role, you are the financial partner to the country leadership teams in Sweden and Norway and the people manager for the local FP&A team. You have full ownership of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and work closely with the business to create clarity around performance, priorities and trade‑offs.
A key part of the assignment is to lead and further develop the FP&A function, both in terms of people and ways of working. You set direction, create structure and support the team while strengthening FP&A as a proactive and trusted business partner across the organisation.
This role suits someone who enjoys leadership, takes responsibility, and is comfortable balancing strategic discussions with day‑to‑day guidance of a team.
