We are Residential Robotics Digital, a team of around 40 passionate professionals located mainly in Huskvarna and Mumbai. We develop the app for Husqvarna’s robotic lawnmowers and will bring your future smart garden to a new level. We truly put our customer in the centre of our development. Role description

In this role, you will act as an essential connector between the front-end team and the rest of the organization. You are the natural first point of contact for stakeholders outside the team, representing the front-end group and ensuring clear, structured communication. From there, you make sure questions, requests, and initiatives are delegated to the right people within the team.

You bring order and structure by organizing work and supporting existing processes. This role is not about reinventing ways of working, but about understanding what is already in place and helping the team succeed within those frameworks.

When your time is not fully allocated to team lead responsibilities, you will take on a project management role—leading smaller initiatives such as discovery work, investigations, or exploratory projects. This means planning, coordinating, and driving progress forward, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

Overall, this role suits someone who enjoys being visible, trusted, and involved across initiatives—someone who thrives in a coordinating role, balances leadership with hands-on project ownership, and helps both people and processes run smoothly.

Your profile

You are a trust-based leader who believes in empowerment rather than micromanagement. Your focus is on managing the flow of work into the team—prioritizing, clarifying, and setting direction—while leaving the details of execution to the team’s expertise.

Personality and collaboration matter most in this role. You build strong relationships naturally and create confidence both within the team and with stakeholders around you.

You communicate clearly and confidently, making complex topics easy to understand and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and functions.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in leadership roles
• Background as a software developer
• Proven project management skills
• Fluent in Swedish
