Mamak Shop is hiring in Malmö.

We are looking for a dough-skilled cook to join us for our opening season.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with burek, gozleme, yufka, paratha, roti, flatbreads, or other hand-stretched doughs and is confident working with dough by hand. You do not need to know Mamak food already - we will train you in our Mamak-style roti/prata method.

• calm under service pressure
• willingness to learn and follow our method

Exact cuisine background matters less than skill, consistency, and coachability.

• Location: Malmö
• Start: Late April to early May 2026
• Type: Seasonal, with part-time or full-time flexibility
• Language: English & Swedish

You will help prepare dough, stretch and cook roti, support service, and keep the station organised and ready.
