The roleWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sweden on a fixed-term maternity cover (8–10 months).
This role is a temporary replacement for our fantastic colleague Elin, who is going on parental leave. She has built strong relationships across the organization and set a high standard for HR support — so we are looking for someone who is excited to step in, continue her great work, and bring their own energy and experience to the role.
You will be a key partner to managers and employees, supporting them in their day-to-day HR needs while also contributing to broader HR initiatives in an international environment.
We are located in bright and newly renovated offices at Telefonplan, and we practice hybrid work.
What you will doAct as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees in Sweden
Support and guide managers in all HR-related topics, from employee relations to development and performance
Drive core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation reviews
Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and internal policies
Handle employee relations matters with confidence and care
Contribute to HR projects both locally and across Europe
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
You have solid experience in a broad HR role (HR Generalist or HRBP)
You are comfortable working hands-on while also thinking strategically
You have good knowledge of Swedish labor law
You enjoy building relationships and supporting managers in their everyday challenges
You are structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
You are use to HR operations and all it's related tasks
You communicate fluently in Swedish and unhindered English (don't worry, you speak better English than you think!)
You will step into a well-functioning role with strong foundations (thanks to Elin!)
You’ll be part of an international HR team where collaboration and support are key
You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one
You’ll gain experience in a global company working with meaningful, secure digital solutions
We’d love to hear from you — and are looking forward to welcoming someone who will carry Elin’s great work forward while adding their own touch.
