Your mission

You join our IT Delivery organization, working in the Application Development where you collaborate closely with fellow architects, developers, product owners and stakeholders to design and develop secure, high‑performance solutions that support our business processes and long‑term strategic direction.

What you’ll do

• Design scalable, secure and high‑performing Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, solution designs and documentation.
• Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and related tools.
• Define data models, integration patterns and system interactions across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow architectural standards, governance and security principles.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Location and flexibility

This role is based at World Trade Centre in Stockholm. You’ll work on-site, with some travel included as part of the role.

Your profile

You have strong architectural thinking, hands‑on Salesforce development experience and a solid understanding of how to turn business needs into technical solutions. You’re comfortable working in complex, integrated environments and enjoy close collaboration with both business and technical teams. You’ve got a relevant academic background in information systems, computer science or a similar technical field and you communicate fluently in English.

You bring:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security models and sharing frameworks.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and API integrations.
• Experience with integration tools, middleware and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design data models, system interactions and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
