About the AssignmentYou will take a central role in recruitment operations in an international, matrixed organization.
In this assignment, you help create a structured and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
You work across multiple departments and support the full recruitment flow, from job postings and interview coordination to accurate data management in the ATS.
You combine hands-on recruiting with strong administration and stakeholder support.
This role suits you if you enjoy keeping processes moving, communicating clearly, and creating structure in a fast-paced environment.
You also contribute to an inclusive candidate journey and support related activities within employer branding, engagement, and onboarding when needed.
Job Description- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across several departments.
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and consistent candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and ensure timely, professional, and welcoming communication throughout the process.
- Guide hiring managers on interview logistics, timelines, and recruitment steps.
- Handle recruitment-related inboxes, inquiries, and administrative tasks in a structured and efficient way.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, tools, and ways of working.
- Support employer branding, engagement, and onboarding activities when needed.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Comfort working with recruitment systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Comfort working in a matrixed and international organization.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have- Additional language skills.
