Operations Analyst at Sellpy

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in improving how Sellpy plans and runs its warehouse operations across Europe. You will work closely with the COO and Operations Management, analyzing data and turning insights into clear, actionable initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability.

In short, you will

• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve warehouse performance
• Support forecasting and translate forecasts into operational plans
• Build and maintain models for capacity planning and staffing needs
• Help operations teams make data-driven decisions
• Develop structures for short-term planning across Sellpy warehouses in Europe
• Support scaling and efficiency improvements in Sellpy operations

We use

• SQL
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Redash)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working with data analysis, operations, logistics, consulting or a similar field
• Experience analyzing data and turning insights into actions
• Experience using SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with large datasets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar (or relevant experience)
• Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language

We believe you are a curious and analytical person who enjoys diving into data, asking questions, and turning insights into real improvements. You like working closely with different teams and are motivated by solving problems that make a real impact.

We’d be impressed if you have

• Experience from e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience with forecasting, operational planning, and analytical tools (e.g Python)

Location: You are welcome to do all these things at our office at Medborgarplatsen or Rosersberg in Stockholm.

Hybrid work: At Sellpy we have a hybrid work policy, but we follow an office-first approach and believe there is great value in collaborating on-site. This role is primarily based at our office in Stockholm. You will also spend time at our warehouse in Rosersberg to stay close to operations.

Travel: The role may include occasional travel to Sellpy warehouses in Europe a few times per year to better understand operations and support planning and improvement initiatives.
