You will take a key role in shaping how AI can create measurable efficiency gains in a global automotive environment with operations across Europe and Asia. The focus is on the finance area, where you will translate emerging AI capabilities into practical opportunities, business value, and clear priorities for execution.

This assignment suits you if you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable moving between business and technology, building trust with finance and IT stakeholders, and turning complex AI topics into actionable initiatives. You will also help strengthen the organization’s understanding of current and future AI trends relevant to finance.

• Identify and assess AI opportunities that can improve efficiency and impact within finance.
• Develop and support AI strategies aligned with business needs and technical possibilities.
• Work closely with global finance teams and IT teams to understand processes, pain points, and priorities.
• Monitor current and emerging AI trends in finance and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Define and prioritize a pipeline of high-potential AI initiatives for execution.
• Contribute to additional AI-related analysis and advisory work as needed.

• 10+ years experience.
• Strong experience with AI product management, AIOps, ML/DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with current AI technologies, including OpenClaw.
• Proven track record of defining and operating AI products across the full lifecycle.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to learn quickly and drive work forward.

• Experience from the finance domain.
• Experience from automotive or tier 1 business.
• Experience in consulting.
• Swedish, Spanish, or French language skills.

• Occupational pension (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB, 30% above)
