We are looking for a Safety Analyst! Are you passionate about aviation safety and motivated by being close to daily operations? In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating and analyzing occurrence and hazard reports, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our operations. Challenges you will work on: In this role, your ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. The Safety team provides safety coordination services across the entire SAS Group, including but not limited to: •    Coordinating occurrence reports within the reporting system •    Defining, maintaining, and continuously improving the occurrence reporting process •    Ensuring mandatory and timely reporting to CAAs and other relevant authorities •    Acting as a liaison between internal departments and external partners •    Performing safety analysis and supporting data driven decision making The Team You will join a high performing, diverse, and experienced team made up of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. To be successful, we believe you have: What We Believe You Bring You have solid, preferably recent, experience within the airline industry. You also possess strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations (EU 376/2014), SAS Airline Operations, and Safety Management Systems and procedures. Your educational background is likely in aeronautical engineering or another relevant aviation related field with a technical focus, such as experience from CAMO or Part 145. In addition, you have: •    Excellent command of English, both spoken and written •    Strong IS/IT skills related to aviation reporting systems •    Knowledge of a Scandinavian language (beneficial but not required) In addition, you have:We believe you are a person with high personal integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
