We are currently looking for a Conversion Analyst to our exciting customer Procter & Gamble. This is a consultancy opportunity, a 6-month contract starting in the beginning of May 2026, with the possibility for an extension. The office is located in Solna, Stockholm.

About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Conversion Analyst to help support our Product Master Data Team.
In this execution-focused role, you will be supporting new product launches and managing data changes for existing products. The scope focuses on data entry, issue identification and resolution, and master data accuracy management.
You will primarily work with SAP and Excel to update, set up, and communicate essential master data for new product launches. Additionally, you will utilise Power BI reports to effectively prioritise your tasks.
Your typical working day will be divided into two:
Mornings: assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues within our daily order cycle. This requires swift root cause analysis and prompt action to meet customer expectations. Afternoons: engaging in a variety of tasks to ensure that product master data is accurate and communicated effectively, thereby supporting the launch of new products. This involves working with the Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN), orientation to detail, and accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and analytical skills. A successful candidate comprehends instructions, acts independently, and multitasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
