Now we are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to work at the very centre of Husqvarna Group.

About the role

This role operates at the core of Husqvarna Group’s executive leadership, working closely with the CEO, the Group Management team and the Board of Directors.

As Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, you play a central role in enabling effective leadership. You ensure structure, coordination and momentum across key executive and Board activities in a complex international environment.

The role requires strong judgement, integrity, and a deep understanding of how large corporate organizations operate.

You will report directly to the CEO and be based at our Stockholm Office in Hagastaden.

Key responsibilities

Board of Directors coordination

• Serve as the primary contact for the Chairman of the Board, Board members and their assistants
• Coordinate all Board meetings, including calendars, logistics, travel and materials. Support the Board during meetings and travel when required
• Manage Board documentation in dedicated governance platforms
• Work closely with Group Legal and the General Counsel on Board governance matters

Executive support to the CEO

• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and meeting flow
• Oversee the CEO’s inbox and correspondence when appropriate
• Coordinate Group Management meetings, agendas and materials
• Take minutes and maintain documentation from leadership meetings

Leadership coordination

• Coordinate recurring leadership and functional meetings
• Maintain leadership documentation including the annual Activity List
• Ensure structure, follow-up and alignment across leadership forums

About you

You are a highly professional and structured individual who thrives in a senior executive environment. You combine strong organizational skills with sound judgement and the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.

You are trusted to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity, while working confidently with senior stakeholders across a global organization.

You are proactive, service-minded and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Your background

• Significant experience (7+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders
• Experience working in large corporate organizations, preferably within Swedish or Nordic listed companies
• Proven experience supporting Board of Directors processes and corporate governance structures
• Strong experience managing complex international calendars and executive travels
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

This role is based at our Stockholm office, in Hagastaden.
