About the AssignmentIn this role, you will take ownership of application support for two cross-functional teams covering both backend and frontend services.
You will also represent the wider Tracking & Planning area as Problem Coordinator, with a strong focus on proactive improvements that strengthen stability, reduce incidents, and secure a reliable production environment.
Job Description- Monitor production health, logs, graphs, and alarms to identify risks and deviations early.
- Handle incidents and support-related issues with the goal of minimizing downtime and preventing recurring problems.
- Analyze alerts and runtime issues, identify where the problem lies, and engage the right team quickly.
- Follow up on incidents and communicate status, feedback, and updates to managers, stakeholders, and other teams.
- Participate in daily runtime meetings with focus on production status and operational stability.
- Act proactively on alarms and critical thresholds, for example when queues start to grow.
- Pay extra attention around new deployments in PROD and QA to detect bugs and other issues early.
- Support development teams in troubleshooting and incident communication.
- Train support functions and backup resources in the teams' services and tools to improve overall support capability.
Requirements- University degree in computer science or a similar relevant field.
- Several years of working experience as Application Support.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting.
- Experience of independently handling incidents and support cases.
- Knowledge about server/cloud-based infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of tools such as Grafana, Support Tool/LogView, Kibana, and database management.
- Ability to understand and analyze logs, graphs, alarms, and service behavior to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Valid work permit for Sweden or EU citizenship.
