This assignment is with a company in the automotive sector, where you will take a key role in digital procurement and strategic sourcing. You will work in a global setup alongside buyers, a contract specialist, and a category manager, helping optimize the portfolio for software and hardware agreements.

• Lead global category strategies and turn them into actionable sourcing plans.
• Drive negotiations to secure cost savings, strong commercial terms, and improved supplier performance.
• Manage RFQs and ensure ongoing and new sourcing activities are completed effectively.
• Establish and maintain valid contracts for relevant software and hardware.
• Analyze spend, identify sourcing opportunities, and mitigate supply risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams to align priorities and maximize synergies.
• Optimize the existing supplier and contract portfolio within the digital area.

• Experience in category management, procurement, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical capability, including spend analysis and opportunity assessments.
• BSc or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a technical discipline.
• Full proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• 5+ years of strategic procurement experience, with at least 3 years in an IT Procurement role.
• IT experience.
• Strong business acumen and a global mindset.
• Fluency in English.
