You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen purchasing performance, secure service levels, and support continuous improvement across the supply base.
Job Description- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and cost reduction activities.
- Develop and implement segment strategies within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Lead strategic purchasing activities within the commodity area.
- Establish supplier relationship management processes and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market dynamics that affect material or service availability and pricing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, analyze market conditions, and define service levels.
Requirements- Experience in strategic sourcing and cost reduction work.
- Ability to develop and implement sourcing or segment strategies.
- Experience in supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to analyze market trends affecting pricing and availability.
- Fluent English.
