To our client within retail we are now looking for a People Services Specialist!
Daily Tasks
Serve as the first point of contact for HR and payroll enquiries from employees and managers in the Swedish organisation, providing accurate and timely support.
Manage and resolve cases in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with Swedish legislations, collective bargain agreements and company policies.
Perform HR and payroll administration within SuccessFactors (HRIS) and HRM (payroll system), including preboarding and offboarding tasks, employment changes, absence and benefits administration, and data updates.
Prepare employment-related certificates and documentation, and support recurring HR operations processes in accordance with internal policies and Swedish labour legislation.
Ensure high-quality HR data and maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR and internal standards.
Qualifcations
Hands-on experience with HR and payroll administration in Sweden, with knowledge of Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and core HR processes
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS
Experience with HRM or comparable Swedish payroll system
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR administration, payroll administration, or a shared services environment.

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
