Job Description Overall purpose of job:

The Finance Analyst will contribute to analyzing manufacturing variances, reporting, spend analysis, headcount reporting, and supporting SFA during month end closing and identifying process improvements.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting analysis of functional spend, manufacturing variances, reporting. Financial closing activities

• Supporting capitalization of assets

• Supporting volume projections

• Supporting Month-end closing process

• Ad Hoc project support, operational improvement initiatives, and other projects requiring SC finance support Special requirements.

Other features of the job:

SAP or other ERP experience highly beneficial for the role Experience in supply chain, manufacturing / cost accounting preferred.

Job Requirements:

Essential knowledge and skills:

A Minimum of A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Industrial Economics, Finance or Engineering.

• 2-5 years of relevant financial experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Proficiency in Power BI.

• Hands-on experience with month-end closing activities

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
