Role Overview 🚀

As the Head of Project Management Nordics, you will lead, develop, and scale the Nordic Project Management function to ensure exceptional SaaS implementations and customer onboarding. Your mission is to elevate delivery quality, drive CNPS, implement best in class methodologies, and create a culture of growth and continuous improvement. You will guide and coach a team of Project Managers and one Agile Coach, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure seamless operational alignment across the Nordic region. This role is pivotal in strengthening customer satisfaction, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role is based in our Stockholm office and you will report to the VP Delivery Nordics.

Responsibilities 🤘
  • Lead and scale the Nordic Project Management team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.

  • Define OKRs, track progress, and align delivery goals with broader business objectives.

  • Own and continuously refine delivery methodologies and frameworks, including risk management and governance standards.

  • Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive operational excellence across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Act as the escalation point for high-risk or delayed implementations and participate in critical customer steering meetings.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement improvements based on customer insights.

  • Coordinate cross-functional planning with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery Specialists, and Customer Support.

  • Lead resource allocation, forecasting discussions, and capacity planning.

  • Present delivery performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership.

  • Introduce automation and digitalization initiatives to mature the PM function.

What are we looking for? 🔎
  • Proven leadership experience (5-10+ years) in project delivery, team leadership, and people management.

  • Strong background in SaaS project management, including customer onboarding and implementation.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Agile methodologies and OKR frameworks.

  • Experience and ability to lead, coach, and elevate Project Managers.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Tech, Product, and Customer Success.

  • Experience driving process improvements, standardizing delivery frameworks, and enhancing operational maturity.

  • Strategic thinking paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent delivery to senior stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience driving automation or digitalization initiatives within Project Management.

  • Practical experience using AI tools or approaches in PM work.
