You will join a small, close-knit team working with Hardware in the Loop test rigs, primarily on the software side of the test environment. The rigs are used to validate functionality in core compute systems for current and upcoming vehicle platforms.

The assignment includes building robust and automated environments with versioned OS images, full restorability, and tools that support rig health, recovery, and day-to-day development. This is a role with a high degree of autonomy and strong opportunities to influence internal tooling and ways of working.

• Develop and maintain software for HIL-based test environments
• Set up and improve automated OS provisioning for Linux systems
• Create automated test scopes to monitor and gate rig health
• Build and maintain internal developer tools
• Troubleshoot issues related to test environments and core systems
• Automate recovery flows for core systems and test rigs
• Work with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Artifactory, Docker, and internal tooling

• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience with software development
• Experience with OS provisioning for Linux systems
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
• Familiarity with software testing in a continuous integration environment
• Ability to work independently in a small team setting

• Experience with networks
• Hands-on experience with hardware
• Previous experience troubleshooting complex systems
• Programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Bash
