The focus will be to work with support and on-site services. Purpose of this position is to perform service and commissioning, provide training and technical support for both internal and external users. Since our customers are located around the world, this role contains travelling, sometimes with short notice.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Performing start up and service for equipment delivered by RTR and sub suppliers;
• Providing technical support to external and internal customers;
• Reporting and following up on assigned service claims for both internal and external parties;
• Writing and developing instructions and routines;
• Testing system solutions in order to identify causes of failure;
• Performing technical product training for representatives and customers.

Who You Are:

You are a person who likes problem solving and providing high level support. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You help customers solve their problems by building trust with good relationships, high competence and by always having the customers in focus.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
• Previous experience in similar role
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Fluency in Swedish language
• Excellent technical skills
• Drivers license (B)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

We are located in Mölnlycke Företagspark, just outside of Gothenburg. We offer the possibility of working from home one day per week.
