About the Role

• Act as project manager for onboarding new customers to our platforms, ensuring timely and successful implementations of our market data solutions.
• Be the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating client needs and technical requirements.
• Provide clients with consulting, technical guidance, and project management support throughout their onboarding journey.
• Analyze client data consumption needs across financial market use cases (e.g., portfolio management, brokerage, and website display).
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Content, and Operations teams to verify data coverage, ensure data quality, and configure test environments tailored to client requirements.
• Address client inquiries and concerns, proactively managing issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Contribute to Product Management by sharing insights to enhance product features and solutions.
• Occasionally support sales efforts with planning and execution of new client implementations.

Who you are

• You hold a degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Experience in market data, along with a solid understanding of the financial industry.
• You have a basic understanding of programming concepts and algorithms, combined with curiosity and eagerness to learn new technical skills and tools, including effective use of APIs.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• You bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales colleagues, and technical teams.
• You have proven project management skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling complex tasks.
• You are service-oriented with a consulting mindset, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for asset managers, enhancing compliance capabilities, is an additional advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
