As a Cybersecurity Process Lead at Coretura, you will take a leading role in shaping and maintaining our organizational cybersecurity processes. Your main focus is on defining clear, scalable, and well‑integrated ways of working that support compliance with relevant automotive cybersecurity standards, and ensuring these processes are applied consistently across teams and suppliers.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, safety, quality, and external partners to turn standards into practical and actionable processes. An understanding of automotive product development will support your work with suppliers, assessments, and operational follow‑up.
Your responsibilities includeDefine, document, and maintain organizational cybersecurity processes based on automotive cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 21434, UN R155)
Drive process development and continuous improvement together with external partners
Lead cybersecurity‑related supplier interactions and follow-up
Contribute to internal assessments and support preparations for external audits and certifications
Train teams and support the adoption of cybersecurity processes
Help build a unified approach across cybersecurity, safety, and quality
You are a process‑oriented cybersecurity professional who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and alignment to growing organizations. You are comfortable working hands‑on and strategically, and you thrive where processes need to be built, matured, and continuously improved.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience working with cybersecurity processes
Strong understanding of automotive cybersecurity standards and how to apply them
Experience with TARA
Good knowledge of complex ECU/HPC development (across hardware and software) for ADAS, infotainment and connectivity domains
Knowledge of cryptography and common security controls used in automotive
Experience defining or improving cybersecurity processes
Experience collaborating with OEMs and suppliers
A structured, collaborative, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Experience with cybersecurity assessments or external audits
Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 26262
Knowledge of quality frameworks related to cybersecurity
Experience with regional standards such as Chinese GB Standard
