We now want to employ an Electrical Foreman. The work tasks includes but are not limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers and trades people
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• Proven experience as Electrical foreman
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
• In-depth knowledge of construction Electrical work procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Aptitude in math
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina

QUALIFICATIONS (not mandatory)

• We are looking for Electrical Technician Team Members who are prone to team work within MIKLA in a project in BODEN, Sweden.
• At least 5 years of experience in Steel Structure Construction ; Contracting works, Electrical Project - Mechanical Equipment Power Lines Drawing and commissioning.
• Having the ability and experience to work in accordance with ISO EN Norms
• Able to read Technical Drawings and Projects, prone to Teamwork
• The main duties of the Electrical Foreman are to coordinate operations and supervise workers on construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person of the completion of a project.
• Electrical foreman has a solid background in the field. His leadership skills and extensive experience have earned him the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. He must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.
• High school diploma or diploma in skilled trade or Valid license to practice profession (electrician, etc.)
