Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Expert Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute expert knowledge to the national follow-up of the action plan for tissue donation and transplantation
• Lead work in collaboration with investigators and relevant stakeholders to drive initiatives connected to the action plan
• Develop, establish and implement new projects linked to prioritized measures
• Plan, coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring progress, quality and clear documentation
• Support regulatory-related work in the tissue area, including tasks connected to the Human Materials Regulation and adaptation to new requirements
• Contribute to additional assignments within tissue donation and transplantation where your professional expertise adds value
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to strengthen national processes, harmonization and knowledge development in the field

What you bring:

• Expert knowledge and proven experience within tissue donation, transplantation or adjacent medical/regulatory areas
• Strong ability to lead, plan and implement complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with national strategies, action plans or regulated healthcare domains
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the Human Materials Regulation and their implications for healthcare operations
• Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators, authorities and clinical partners
• A proactive, solution-oriented and responsible approach, with the ability to independently drive work forward while ensuring high quality
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
