Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as a senior developer with end-to-end responsibility for the core solution (Prosit+) and related systems
- Collaborate with architects, testers, and analysts to analyse requirements, refine epics, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Develop and implement new features as well as enhancements and modifications to existing applications
- Write high-quality, maintainable code with strong focus on testability, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI functional tests
- Support business requirements management and system analysis throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement of tools, methods, and development practices within an Agile framework
- Work closely with a cross-functional international team located in Sweden, Poland, and India
What you bring:
- Deep expertise in
• NET and C# with strong practical experience in modern software development
- Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and S.O.L.I.D. principles, combined with proven Clean Code practices
- Hands-on skills in WPF, SQL, XML, JSON, and NHibernate or Entity Framework
- Proficiency with development tools including Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and Azure DevOps
- Full professional proficiency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support testers, analysts, and architects when needed and willingness to take initiative across roles
- Open-minded, honest, and a strong team player with a user-centric mindset
- Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and ability to contribute to a flexible, collaborative team environment
