Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Documenting clear functional and technical specifications for IT initiatives.
• Conducting process mapping and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Acting as the bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Supporting project management activities, including follow-up on timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new features and enhancements within the Marketplace team.
• Performing user acceptance testing in close cooperation with business stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and providing structured updates to management.
• Driving end-to-end scope across teams by understanding the full business and technical landscape.
• Promoting the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT projects.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey both technical details and business needs.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
