As a Business Analyst at NA-KD, you will play an important role in supporting the business with data, insights, and technical solutions. You will work closely with both commercial teams and IT, helping to translate business needs into clear data requirements and scalable solutions.

In this role, your main focus will be on data analysis, SQL and BigQuery, as well as developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. You will be involved in development initiatives and projects where data, systems and business processes meet, and you will help ensure that data is structured, accessible and useful.

You don’t need to know everything from day one — many parts of the role can be learned internally — but you are comfortable working independently, have a strong technical foundation, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders to move things forward.

You will report to the Head of Business Controlling & Planning and work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, B2B, purchasing and IT. Together you work to create consensus around the business's needs, risks, opportunities and priorities accordingly.

• Manage, support and develop reports/dashboards in the BI systems and analytical tools from a business perspective
• Defining commercial requirements for system development projects
• Identify inefficiencies in core business processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
• You will utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights
• By analyzing data and identifying trends you will share insights and analytical support to enable data-driven and fact-based decision making
• Perform pricing analysis and provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• You will lead various development projects and work closely with the marketing, sales, B2B & purchasing teams

• Relevant educational background and work experience
• Comfortable working with data structures, SQL and BigQuery (or similar cloud data warehouses)
• Self-driven and structured, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Experience in BI, Google Analytics, excel and google sheet, tableau is a plus
• Experience in project leadership and development of analysis tools
• Very good interpersonal skills and experience working with key stakeholders & management team
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic mindset
• Ability to deliver high quality analysis, and are skilled in how to visualize and present data
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience from e-commerce, fashion or a commercial environment is a strong plus
• Based in or willing to commute to Gothenburg

This is a full-time position based at the Gothenburg office. Start date is flexible but preferably as soon as possible.
