About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization to lead and coordinate analytical initiatives within a digital value stream in a global retail context.
You will drive the full analytics lifecycle—from hypothesis and exploration to insights, recommendations, and follow-up—while helping ensure data quality, accessibility, and reliability across stakeholders.
You will work in a cross-functional, international setup with close collaboration across product, analytics, and engineering, contributing to an iterative and user-centric digital experience.
Job Description- Partner with Product Managers and Value Stream Managers to shape product strategy and prioritize initiatives through data-informed insights.
- Analyze behavioral, commercial, and product performance data to strengthen customer-centric decision-making.
- Define, monitor, and follow up on key KPIs to evaluate product outcomes.
- Support and structure event tracking to enable trustworthy performance measurement.
- Develop business cases by combining commercial, digital, and user behavior insights.
- Create clear visualizations and narratives that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Use SQL and analytics/BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Power BI) to explore, visualize, and communicate insights.
- Contribute to the broader analytics community by sharing ways of working and best practices.
Requirements- 6–9 years of relevant experience in product or business analysis, customer/commercial analytics, or management consulting.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working in cloud analytics environments (e.g., Databricks or GCP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups in a cross-functional environment.
- Comfort working in a large matrix organization.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
Nice to have- Python proficiency.
- Experience from e-commerce, retail, fashion, or tech product-driven companies.
- Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments.
