DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a structured, commercially driven Product Manager to join our global Messaging organization.
This role spans two critical areas of our platform.
First, you will focus on the core of our business: continuously optimizing our global Messaging routing engine to maximize cost efficiency and increase automation across internal processes. Your work will directly influence margin performance and operational scalability
Second, you will own product strategy for internal access management and tooling across Sinch’s messaging platforms. This includes defining and governing access rights, permissions, and user tooling to ensure the right level of access to messaging systems—while upholding the highest standards of security, compliance, and auditability.
As traffic across Sinch’s platform continues to grow at significant scale, your contribution will be pivotal in ensuring we remain the most intelligent, cost-efficient, and high-performing A2P messaging platform in the market. You will drive product initiatives that directly impact Gross Profit (GP), delivery quality, and operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, automation, and cost performance.
This role reports to the SMS Product Director and is based in Stockholm with a hybrid working setup.
