Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team to ensure efficient and well-organized project delivery.
• Manage meeting administration, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Handle document management and maintain structured, accessible project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring schedules, resources, budgets, and invoice handling.
• Assist workstream leads with templates, presentations, training materials, and other project-related documentation.
• Administer internal and external communication to ensure timely and accurate information flows across stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Excellent administrative capabilities and a proactive, service-minded approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience working in regulatory-driven projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, the Office suite, and common project management tools.
• Knowledge of Solvency II and/or IRRD (or alternatively BRRD) is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English
