The role

We are looking for a HR specialist who can hold onto all threads in the company. The responsibilities include:

• Manage full recruitment cycles, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Manage HR administration, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and policy implementation.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and support decision-making.
• Participate in global and local HR projects, including digitalization and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR roles (generalist/business partner), preferably in an international context.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes
• Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Uzbek or Russian
• Experience within the software development industry in Uzbekistan
• Possibility to travel within Nordics and to Uzbekistan
