Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Design Engineer – Electrical & Electronics to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design electrical and electronic systems by defining system purpose, component interfaces, and system behaviors.
- Deliver according to established methods, expected inputs, and defined outputs.
- Lead system engineering activities within a technical team and play an active role in operational delivery.
- Drive short-term and operational tasks to ensure timely progress.
- Integrate technical deliveries from multiple contributors and secure system readiness before release.
- Participate in specification, implementation, and verification loops to ensure system integrity.
- Ensure that system and non-functional requirements are correctly implemented in the final solution.
- Implement system architecture strategies and roadmaps leading up to final product delivery.
- Lead concept investigations and support teams in exploring technical alternatives.
- Define system-level concepts and take them through relevant approval forums.
- Support product managers by clarifying capability needs and breaking them down into features and enablers.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and system architecture roadmaps.
- Manage system interfaces and non-functional requirements within the scope of an Agile Release Train.
- Request and evaluate technical concepts and system solutions from internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical or electronic system design and engineering.
- Practical knowledge gained through engineering education and hands-on work experience.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and plan work effectively.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to learning and continuous professional development.
- Strong capability in your core engineering discipline with growing insight into broader technical domains.
- Experience leading concept investigations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to secure quality, readiness, and compliance before system release.
