Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with Scrum Master Experience to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Act as the key quality gate for Developer Portal, ensuring a secure, bug-free, and user-friendly experience for external and internal developer communities
• Design, implement, and execute automated test strategies for web and web-based components using modern frameworks and tools such as Jest and Cypress
• Analyze functionality, usability, and performance of the Developer Portal through structured testing, defect identification, and root cause analysis
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity vulnerabilities, contributing to continuous improvement in product reliability and resilience
• Collaborate closely with Developers, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to enhance product quality and user satisfaction
• Produce, maintain, and improve test documentation and automation coverage to support release readiness and continuous delivery
• Drive the evolution of testing processes, tools, and practices to increase automation, efficiency, and scalability
• Serve as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting team collaboration, and continuously improving team ways of working

What you bring

• 5–10 years of experience in software development or web application testing, including a minimum of 3 years focused on automated testing
• Practical hands-on experience with web automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Protractor, or Puppeteer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript for test automation and scripting
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks
• ISTQB certification or equivalent credentials in software testing
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and quality assurance
• Experience working in Agile development environments with CI/CD practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience from global, complex organizations is considered a strong advantage
• Familiarity with web and application development frameworks is beneficial
• Eligibility to work in Sweden (valid work permit if not EU citizen)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A proactive mindset with a passion for quality, automation, and continuous improvement
