As a member of the project management team, you have the opportunity to influence safety culture onsite by demonstrating personal commitment, setting clear expectations, and effectively communicating safety policies. By consistently modelling safe behavior, prioritizing safety above productivity, and ensuring that all workers receive proper training and resources, you can foster an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the construction process. Encouraging open communication, recognizing and rewarding safe behavior, and conducting regular inspections further reinforce the importance of safety. By taking these steps, you can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Document control for the SHEQ team
• Efficient archiving, storage and retrieval of project documentation
• Maintain an efficient up to date register of documentation
• Provide input into document management procedures and keep up to date on industry best practices
• Process documentation in line with project requirements including;
• Drawings
• Technical Submittals
• Method Statements
• Collating documents and reports for the SHEQ team
• Assist with delivering the quality assurance program
• Assist with company regulatory audits and Quality control checks, as required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Complete administrative tasks to support the wider team as required
• Ensure Collen SHEQ standards are maintained
• Promote & foster Collen core values and a culture of wellness at work
• Handle internal and external communication with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
