Fujitsu are looking for our new Migration Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to play a pivotal role in our data migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing seamless data migrations from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end data migration strategies for Dynamics 365
- Perform thorough analysis of legacy systems, mapping data structures, and identifying key data requirements for migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Execute data extractions, transformations, and validations to ensure successful data import into Dynamics 365.
- Troubleshoot migration issues, resolve data integrity concerns, and optimize performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including migration processes, scripts, and validation results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dynamics 365 consultants, developers, and project managers.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Developer with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and load processes using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or similar ETL tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 data models, solutions, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and data validation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address migration challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
