Job description: Let's introduce ourselvesAt Climate, we are responsible for creating a comfortable in-car climate and securing good air quality for vehicle occupants. Our systems also support other vehicle components with cooling and heating to ensure optimal operating conditions and increased efficiency.
As part of this, we design the complete climate system and develop the software that controls all its parts. Within Climate, the Refrigerant and Heating Software Team focuses on controlling the vehicle’s refrigerant and thermal systems to deliver requested temperatures from different stakeholders such as the cabin climate controller and the battery system.
We are a collaborative team of software developers working across the full development chain—from design and implementation to testing and fault tracing. While every team member works with a broad set of tasks, we also value deep expertise in areas such as control systems, programming, and test equipment. This mix creates a strong environment for learning and knowledge sharing.
