Our headquarters are in Stockholm, where the company is registered, but we have recruiters working from various countries and speaking multiple languages. We hold weekly training sessions and regular update meetings. Our team uses tools like TeamTailor, WhatsApp, and Google Drive to ensure our recruiters have everything they need to make new hires every month!

About Recruitas and the International Recruiter Role

Founded in 2021, Recruitas is built on the belief that recruitment should be done thoughtfully and with integrity. Candidates aren't just numbers to us; they're individuals, and our role is to help them find opportunities that genuinely fit their aspirations. We primarily work with people aged 18-35, including those seeking gap year jobs, first-time positions abroad, and some management roles. We want someone who shares our values of honesty, trust, and integrity.

We're a young and dynamic team, seeking someone professional and ready to join a vibrant, international startup. While your professional qualifications are essential, we're also looking for someone who fits in with our team and is up for a bit of fun. While we provide hands-on training via Google meet, we expect you to be proactive, ask questions, and stay engaged throughout our collaboration. Your motivation should primarily come from within, but we provide all the online tools, job ads, and a growing brand that blends professionalism with a fun, energetic atmosphere. Our support is available online Monday-Friday.

As an International Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment process, from planning and job posting to screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

• Collaborating with sales and delivery managers to understand weekly hiring needs.

• Guiding candidates throughout the hiring journey, including post-hire support to ensure they settle in well.

• Developing creative ways to find and attract new talent.

• Responding to candidate inquiries and providing relevant information.

Your Qualifications:

• Native Norwegian speaker with strong English skills (B2).

• Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred but not required.

• International work or remote experience is a plus.

• Time spent living abroad is a major advantage.

• Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.

• Familiarity with the culture and mindset of the countries and languages you'll be working with.
