Join DevPort as a consultant and support one of our automotive clients in optimizing their processes! As a Business Process Developer, you’ll collaborate across departments (Workshop, Product Build, etc.) to improve processes within Complete Vehicle (CV ). You’ll work closely with Vehicle Technology and other teams, enhancing workflow efficiency and delivery precision in product development. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Global Key User networks for. • Coordinate with IT and align global processes and tools. • Serve as the key user, supporting system updates, data flow understanding, and integrations. • Conduct process improvement and user interviews to refine system functionality. • Facilitate change management, training, and communication for new or updated systems across global teams. Qualifications: • Proficiency with Gloria, Protom, Ghost, TORP, PTM, Jira, and Xware. • Familiarity with Modpack, KOLA, Spot, SMAF, Mailforms, and SAP is beneficial. • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Fluent in English.
