About your job
In this position, you manage a team of sales professionals in the Nordics – providing guidance, support and performance feedback to drive team success. You build and maintain strong, long-term and strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the mining industry, to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty and that needs are met and exceeded. To develop tailored solutions that drive revenue and profitability, you work closely with clients and identify and pursue opportunities for account growth. By collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development and operations, you ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. At the end of the day, you address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise and stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to provide your stakeholders with relevant insight and recommendations.
The location for this position is flexible within Sweden or Finland and vast travel is a natural part of your job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in account management or sales within the mining industry. You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. We believe that your knowledge is backed by a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related field, and a master’s degree is a plus. You act in a global environment and need to be fluent in English. Knowledge of Swedish and Finnish is a plus.
You’re a strategic and analytical thinker with a client-focused mindset. Your ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team is crucial to achieving our goals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills are perfect assets in this position. Upholding a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions comes naturally to you, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships with our customers.
