Are you passionate about compliance and regulations for IT Service Delivery and have a knack for working with complex global contracts?

Scania IT is transitioning its IT Service Delivery from delivery within the Scania Group to new external legal entities in TRATON Group and countries. At the same time legislations such as GDPR and DORA require us to update our contract templates, DTAs, frame agreements, general Terms and conditions and related, to stay compliant.

Scania IT is looking for a senior expert to take charge of all aspects of formal IT Service Delivery contracting. This role requires a deep understanding of modern global contracting of IT Services with both internal and external parties, as well as knowledge of relevant legislations, such as GDPR.

Your Role

As a member of the Scania IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team (IFD), you will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with the global IT community and Corporate functions within the Scania Group and TRATON Brands. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all Scania IT Service deliveries to the Scania Group and TRATON Group comply with relevant existing and new regulations and legislations.
  • Establishing processes related to contracts, agreements, terms, and conditions for IT Product Service Owners and Application Owners.
  • Simplifying agreements and contracting through standardization in areas such as Finance and Service Level Management.
  • Driving the implementation of secure, standardized, and automated administration of contracts and agreements.
  • Creating and updating relevant agreement and contract-related templates, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and obtaining necessary sign-offs.

Your Profile

You have a profound understanding of IT Service Delivery contracting and you are aware of the legislative and regulatory demands for regions including the EU, US, China, and Latin America dRA3] . The complexity and scope of the work require significant analytical skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and prioritization capabilities. Additionally, you possess strong flexibility, excellent communication skills, and sensitivity to cultural differences in a large global organization. An academic degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Swedish or German is a plus.
