Elcowire contributes to the global transition within renewable energy by delivering copper wire, strands and profiles. Our solutions enables transmission of energy and is used in a wide range of products, from electric vehicles to solutions that enables transport of energy within and between countries, both beneath and above surface. Our customers are spread all over the world. We are a Swedish company with operations in Helsingborg, Sweden and Hettstedt, Germany. In total we are around 400 employees and have a yearly production of approx 300.000 tons. Elcowire is part of Liljedahl Group. Elcowire is well positioned to support the transition towards more renewable energy sources and our forecast point towards continued growth. Within business unit High Voltage we are experiencing an increased demand from present as well as new customers. Hence we are expanding our team with a Sales Manager. The goal for the business unit High Voltage is to continue supporting the increased market and customer demand. The customer base consists of major manufacturers of high voltage cables. As a Sales Manager you will play an important role to reach this goal by ensuring long-lasting relationships at multiple leves and functions with some of our key customers as well as developing and executing customer strategies. The position is located at Elcowire's head office in Helsingborg, Sweden. WORK TASKS Your work tasks as a Sales Manager will be to: • Act as account relationship lead • Drive account sales growth and ensuring customer profitability • Set account targets and follow up • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits • Serve as the link of communication and collaboration between key customers and internal teams • Lead customer specific projects • CRM management • Manage and lead customer requirement reviews • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual budget/forecasts, participate in S&OP process) QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in the Sales Manager role we believe that you can meet the following requirements: • Minimum 3~5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within relevant field • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. We also believe that previous experience from manufacturing industry will be beneficial. Other abilities/skills that we are looking for in this role: • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships and trust • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Team player • Self-motivated • Being able to communicate in German is qualifying but not a firm requirement • Ability to travel approximately 30% of total work time (within Europe) OTHER The final stage of this recruitment process includes a background check and a health examination including drug and alcohol testing.
