Global IT Project Portfolio Manager
Are you eager to join a strong global company, collaborate closely with the business and take on a new challenge in a dynamic and innovative environment to really make difference? If you're looking for the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Mission
As a Project Portfolio Manager at Epiroc, you will play a key role in establishing and implementing a strategic project portfolio plan.
You will develop and maintain the "Project Portfolio Management Process," setting the criteria for evaluating projects and portfolios globally, compiling and distributing portfolio analytics, status reports and financial data.
Monitoring progress, budgets and schedules will be important to ensure that all portfolios align with our overall strategic objectives. You will interact directly with stakeholders and project managers in order to support and guide them with their project planning, follow up and reporting.
Your analytical skills are essential and will be key in both enhancing the way we work and support you in identifying risks and recommend mitigations to keep everything on track.
Your Profile
You’re a self-starter, capable of working independently, but also a strong team player. It’s a plus if you are knowledgeable about Agile ways of working.
You bring at least 3 years of experience managing project portfolios and have successfully implemented processes and tools. Perhaps you come from a similar role or have spent a couple of years at a consulting firm.
Effective communication and leadership skills will be crucial, as you’ll interact with senior stakeholders including Process and Application Managers, Councils, IT Boards, Project Managers and resource owners to keep everyone aligned.
You thrive in both tactical and strategic environments, actively engaging in activities that lead to continuous improvement.
