Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Conduct user research, including interviews with staff and passengers, to gather insights for design improvements.
- Design and iterate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize concepts and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between design and technical implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user needs and business goals are met.
- Lead the entire design process, from research and wireframing to UI design, prototyping, and user testing.
- Utilize Figma for design creation and iteration.
- Work in an agile environment, contributing to SCRUM-related processes and activities.
What you bring:
- Experience in service design and a passion for working directly with end users.
- Proficiency in gathering feedback and creating visuals through wireframes and mockups.
- Strong iterative design approach and the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Extensive experience across all phases of the design process, from research to user testing.
- Technical understanding of digital, web, and mobile platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments with SCRUM processes.
- University degree or equivalent in interaction design, UX, or a related field.
- Fluent in Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
