About Us: IXB is Scania’s central Process Automation team, driving the shift towards Sustainable Transport Solutions. We manage technology platforms like RPA, Chatbot, Low-code application development, and more. Our mission is to enable value-adding utilization of process automation tools across the company and the wider Traton group.

Your Role: As group Manager of Process Automation: Delivery, you will lead a team of experts in process improvement and automation technologies. You will work with business developers, software developers, and solution architects, and collaborate with service partners. Your leadership will guide up to 100 team members in delivering high-value projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• A transformational leader with a visionary and operational mindset
• Someone who can build and develop lasting relationships to drive change
• An individual with an entrepreneurial drive and initiative
• Experience in process improvement and modeling methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with business automation tools like RPA, Chatbot, iBPMS, and more

Your Profile: You enjoy collaboration, can take the lead when needed, and are fluent in English. You are driven, self-motivated, and eager to solve complex technology challenges. You have a positive attitude towards learning and are flexible in realizing new possibilities.
